Choosing A Full Monument

Granite is the most popular material used for memorials as it is extremely long lasting and requires little maintenance.

Marble is another option however the durability and colour quality of marble over time will depend upon the environmental conditions to which it is exposed.

As marble is a soft and porous stone we recommend that it is only used for headstones and granite is used for the other design elements requiring greater strength and durability such as kerbs, ledgers and bases.
